Walking this small segment over a few hours, was a Tour Highlight.
Not all was about walking

Stops for revitalization were convienent, small villages are only a few miles apart along The Way.  Stops were very convienient and one was very memorable.  Be sure to watch all the video.

After a few hours of walking, we rode the bus to Bodegas Lezann for a fabulous lunch.  My highlight was the huge serve yourself barrel of wine.

Our "Buen Camino"

There are many routes or 'caminos' that end in the Spanish city of Santiago de Compostela.  One passes through, and used as a starting spot by many, the French village of Saint Jean Pied de Port, where we visited on Day 2.  We bused from San Sebastian to a starting spot just beyond Pamplona.  Walked a few miles, refreshed, and walked a few more, then back onto the bus.
